• Use the “Service Request Form” available at the Clubhouse.
• Fax it to Alexander Wolf & Company using the fax machine in the Clubhouse
Lobby.
• E-mail your request to Alexander Wolf & Company at: jwolf@alexanderwolf.com
• You can leave a copy in the Mail Box in the Lobby for the Board to pick up.
Note: This procedure provides a written record of your request.
In addition, the Board will receive a copy of your request and
can monitor the follow-up.
